1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Apaldo Bet platform — including sports betting, card games, Bingo, and any promotional features — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who places a bet or plays a game on the platform.

Apaldo Bet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the platform. 2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use Apaldo Bet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted by law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously bared from using Apaldo Bet or affiliated platforms.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Apaldo Bet or its affiliated entities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.

Apaldo Bet takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification at any point during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, and any winings accumulated will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Apaldo Bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 KYC Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, Apaldo Bet may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Acceptable documents include a valid government-issued ID (SS, PhilSys, passport, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Apaldo Bet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Apaldo Bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed fastest. All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Apaldo Bet does not charge internal withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.4 No Third-Party Transfers

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Apaldo Bet does not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts. Attempts to circumvent this policy will result in account suspension.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on Apaldo Bet are subject to acceptance by the platform. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification or your bet slip is marked as accepted. Apaldo Bet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void bets at its discretion, particularly where technical errors, odds errors, or suspected manipulation are involved.

5.2 Odds and Results

Sports betting odds on Apaldo Bet are updated in real time and represent our assessment of the probability of each outcome. Apaldo Bet uses official results from governing sports bodies, league organisers, and verified match officials to settle bets. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, the decision of Apaldo Bet is final pending any official review.

5.3 Void Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: postponed or abandoned events that are not rescheduled within a reasonable period, technical errors affecting odds or bet processing, and events determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption.

5.4 Card and Casino Games

All card games and casino-style games on Apaldo Bet — including Pusoy, Russian Poker, and Bingo variants — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 6. Bonuses & Promotions

Apaldo Bet offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary per promotion and are stated in the relevant offer details.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier and qualifying games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Apaldo Bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified where practicable.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winings.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Apaldo Bet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or other platform features through any fraudulent means.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or knowingly depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to misrepresent your location for the purpose of bypassing geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or Apaldo Bet staff.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Apaldo Bet is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We collect, process, and store personal data only for the purposes necessary to provide and improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Apaldo Bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, and software — is the property of Apaldo Bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Apaldo Bet platform without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apaldo Bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any technical interruptions, service outages, or data loss.
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Any gambling losses sustained through normal platform use.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Apaldo Bet makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime and shall not be held liable for losses resulting from downtime.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Apaldo Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Verified or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified period.
• Requests by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach by the account holder, Apaldo Bet reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation. Legitimate balances will be returned after the investigation is complete and no breach is confirmed. Balances associated with fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting Apaldo Bet support. Pending bets will be settled in the normal course, and remaining balances will be processed for withdrawal after KYC checks are complete.

12. Responsible Gaming

Apaldo Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all our players. We believe that gaming should remain a source of entertainment and should never negatively impact your financial wellbeing, relationships, or mental health. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of Apaldo Bet shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Apaldo Bet operates under a gaming licence issued by the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to that authority in accordance with their published procedures.

14. Amendments to These Terms
